TO PROMOTE, EDUCATE, INITIATE AND ENCOURAGE CRIME PREVENTION, IN CO-OPERATION WITH THE POLICE IN CANTERBURY, HERNE BAY, WHISTABLE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, AND TO PROMOTE GOOD CITIZENSHIP AND GREATER PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN THE PREVENTION OF CRIME.
