The HNA boats and their environs provide a challenging and proven background to nurture these personal attributes.

TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES (BY DAY OR RESIDENTIAL EXPERRIENCE) FOR YOUNG PEOPLE, SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITY GROUPS IN HILLINGDON AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS ON THE CANAL BOATS MANAGED BY THE HILLINGDON NARROWBOATS ASSOCIATION; (2 TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HILLINGDON AND ELSEWHERE SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
