TO PROMOTE MAINTAIN, IMPROVE AND ADVANCE EDUCATION IN THE ARTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULARLY BY PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR APPLIED ARTISTS TO BE TRAINED INCLUDING WHERE POSSIBLE PERSONS DISADVANTAGED BY SOCIAL ECONOMIC OR PHYSICAL CIRCUMSTANCES AND BY THE HOLDING OF PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS OF THE WORK OF SUCH ARTISTS.
