TO ADVANCE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND TRAINING PEOPLE IN THAILAND ESPECIALLY CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 10 AND UNDER 18 INCLUSIVE IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING AND MAINTAINING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF RESIDENTIAL SCHOOLS IN THE PROVINCE OF UBOLRACHATANI NORTH EAST THAILAND AND IN SUCH OTHER PLACES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE
