Charitable objects

(I) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE LAW IN PARTICULAR BY: (A) THE PROVISION OF AN LLB DEGREE COURSE AT THAMES VALLEY UNIVERSITY OR SUCH OTHER UNIVERSITY AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE; (B) THE PROVISION OF CLASSES, LECTURES, SEMINARS AND TRAINING COURSES FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND MEMBERS OF VOLUNTARY AND COMMUNITY GROUPS TO PROVIDE THEM WITH A BASIC LEGAL EDUCATION. (II) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY BY THE PROVISION OF LEGAL ADVICE AND SERVICES FOR PEOPLE IN NEED WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE OBTAIN THROUGH LACK OF MEANS.
