THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITABLE TRUST ARE TO APPLY OR PAY THE TRUST FUND FOR OR TO SUCH CHARITABLE OBJECTS OR CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS WHICH MAY BE THOUGHT BY THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION TO HAVE ANY MORAL OR OTHER CLAIMS BY THE COMPANY OR THE AUTOMOBILE ASSOCIATION BY REASONS OF THEIR OPERATIONS OR OTHERWISE IN SUCH SHARES OR AMOUNTS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR UNCONTROLLED DISCRETION DETERMINE.
