A) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF IVER IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS B) TO ESTABLISH A COMMUNITY CENTRE (CALLED THE VILLAGE HALL) AND TO CO-OPERATE WOTH THE LOCAL STATUTORY AUTHORITIES IN THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF THE VILLAGE HALL
