TO ORGANISE,OR PROVIDE,OR ASSIST IN THE ORGANISATION OF FACILITIES,WHICH WILL ENABLE AND ENCOURAGE CHILDREN AND YOUNG IN FULL TIME EDUCATION TO UNDERTAKE GYMNASTICS,IN ENSURING THAT DUE ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE,AS WELL AS TO THE DEVELOPMENT AND OCCUPATION OF THEIR MINDS
