TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF YOUNG PERSONS THROUGH THE MEDIUM OF MOUNTAINEERING TRAINING AND OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF ENABLING SUCH YOUNG PERSONS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS SELF-RELIANT INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE ABLE TO MAKE POSITIVE CONTRIBUTIONS TO SOCIETY.
