THE PURPOSE OF THE COMMITTEE IS TO MANAGE THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE ROBERT HALL CENTRE, ST AUGUSTINE'S ROAD, WISBECH, ON BEHALF OF THE 3RD WISBECH SCOUT GROUP, THE 3RD WISBECH GUIDE COMPANY, THE 3RD WISBECH BROWNIE GUIDE PACK AND THE 3RD WISBECH RAINBOW GUIDE PACK (REFERRED TO HEREAFTER AS THE GUIDE GROUP, AND THE GUIDER OF THE 3RD WISBECH GUIDE COMPANY IS REFERRED TO HEREAFTER AS THE GROUP GUIDE LEADER).
