Activities - how the charity spends its money
An annual competitive festival of music and the Spoken Word to encourage higher standards especially among the children of Whitby and the surrounding area. A Choir Day is held in April when adult choirs from many parts of the UK come to sing together and be judged by professional adjudicators. The Festival was originally known as "The Eskdale Tournament of Song" and was founded in 1902.
