TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH OF THE LOCAL INHABITANTS BY MEANS OF COMMUNITY CARE. TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND DISTRESS OF THE LOCAL INHABITANTS PARTICULARLY PERSONS OF CARIBBEAN DESCENT WHO ARE VULNERABLE AND ARE IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO BY THE REASON OF AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILTY ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION.
