TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 BY THE PROVISION OF MARCHING BAND, DRUM CORPS AND COLOUR GUARD ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPRITUAL CAPACITIES, THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
