TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC IN AGRICULTURE, HOME-CRAFTS, COUNTRY LIFE AND RELATED SUBJECTS AND IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF SUCH PERSONS TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS.
