TO PROVIDE A VILLAGE HALL AND PLAYING FIELD FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE VILLAGES OF SWALLOW AND CUXWOLD IN THE COUNTY OF LINCOLNSHIRE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
