IN PROVIDING ONE OR MORE BURSARIES OR SCHOLARSHIPS EITHER TO ENABLE YOUNG STUDENTS OF EITHER SEX WHO PROPOSE TO ENTER OR WHO HAVE ALREADY ENTERED THE DISTILLING TRADE TO ACQUIRE KNOWLEDGE OF WINE TRADE OR TO ENABLE YOUNG STUDENTS TO AQUIRE KNOWLEDGE OF THE DISTILLING TRADE.
