TO PROMOTE MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING , PRIMARILY (BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION) BY:- 1. THE PROVISION OF ACCESSIBLE COUNSELLING; 2. THE PROMOTION OF GREATER UNDERSTANDING OF THE ROLE OF EMOTIONS IN PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALING; 3. TRAINING AND EDUCATING OTHERS INVOLVED IN THE PRACTICE OF COUNSELLING; AND 4. THE PROMOTION OF RESEARCH INTO EFFICACY OF THE METHODS AND PRACTICE OF COUNSELLING AND THE PUBLICATION OF THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.
