BARNA is the only UK professional association specialising in anaesthetic and recovery nursing. BARNA has provided competencies/educational material to standardise clinical practice. BARNA publishes on-line journal and monthly newsletter available to all members. We have an annual conference that covers all of the UK. We also promote ongoing training, research and clinical audit among nurses.
