FOR THE RELIEF OF PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY HANDICAPPED PERSONS IN THE BOROUGH OF HAVANT, PARTICULARLY BY ENCOURAGING AND PROMOTING SWIMMING ACTIVITIES AND BY BRINGING DISABLED PERSONS INTO CLOSER ASSOCIATION AND INTEGRATION WITH ABLE BODIED PERSONS.
