THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT SO AS TO LIMITTHE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING: A) THE PROVISION MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION AT SUCH COST AS IS APPROPRIATE TO THE MEANS OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEED BECAUSE OF HOMELESSNESS. B) THE ALLEVIATION OF LONELINESS AND ISOLATION AMONG PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEED BECAUSE OF POVERTY OR SICKNESS BY RUNNING DAY SUPPORT SERVICES AND PROVIDING RECREATIONAL FACILITIES. C) THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND COUNSELLING FACILITIES AS MAY IN THE OPINION OF THE MEMBERS OF THE PROJECT ASSIST PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEED BECAUSE OF POVERTY OR SICKNESS.
