THE ORGANISATION OR PROVISION OR ASSISTANCE IN THE ORGANISATION AND PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND INFORMATION TO ENABLE AND ENCOURAGE YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF TWENTY-FIVE RECEIVING EDUCATION AT SCHOOLS, UNIVERSITIES, POLYTECHNICS, COLLEGES OR SIMILAR ESTABLISHMENTS (OR OTHERWISE RECEIVING EDUCATION OR VOCATIONAL TRAINING IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR EMPLOYMENT OR A GOVERNMENT SPONSORED SCHEME) IRRESPECTIVE OF ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN SPORT IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH EDUCATION OR TRAINING THEREBY HELPING TO ENSURE THAT DUE ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO THE PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE AS WELL AS TO THE DEVELOPMENT AND OCCUPATION OF THEIR MINDS.
