1)TO RELIEVE PERSONS WHETHER OR NOT THEY ARE RESIDENT IN OR TEMPORARILY LOCATED IN THE UNITED KINGDOM BUT IN PARTICULAR CITIZENS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AS A RESULT OF LOCAL, NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL DISASTER OR BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES. 2) TO FURTHER THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF CHILDREN ATTENDING PRIMARY OR SECONDARY SCHOOLS OR COLLEGES OR UNIVERSITIES WHETHER OR NOT THEY ARE RESIDENT OR TEMPORARILY LOCATED IN THE UNITED KINGDOM. 3). TO APPLY THE TRUST FUND FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
