TO RELIEVE PHYSICAL, MENTAL OR FINANCIAL DISTRESS OR HARDSHIP CAUSED BY HIV OR HIV RELATED CONDITIONS IN PARTICULAR THOSE LIVING WITH A POSITIVE HIV DIAGNOSIS FOR FIVE YEARS OR MORE THE ADVANCEMENT OF PUBLIC EDUCATION IN ALL MATTERS WHICH ARE RELATED TO, OR BELIEVED TO BE RELATED TO, LIVING WITH A POSITIVE HIV DIAGNOSIS FOR FIVE YEARS OR MORE THE IDENTIFICATION OF NEEDS PARTICULAR TO THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN LIVING WITH A POSITIVE HIV DIAGNOSIS FOR FIVE YEARS OR MORE
