TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION OF FILM MAKING AND ALLIED TECHNIQUES AND IN PARTICULAR, BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE FOREGOING BY (A) PROVIDING EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN FILM AND DIGITAL MEDIA (B) ENCOURAGING AND SUPPORTING FILM AND DIGITAL MEDIA PRODUCTION (C) PROMOTING SUCH PRODUCTIONS TO THE PUBLIC.
