FOR THE BENEFIT OF INHABITANTS OF THE LONDON BOROUGHS OF WANDSWORTH AND LAMBETH, TO RELIEVE THE SICK, PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED. DISABLED ELDERLY OR YOUNG PERSONS IN NEED BY THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL TRAINING AND REHABILITATIONAL FACILITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE PERSONS; AND TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO PERSONS IN NEED.
