TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO ARE AT RISK WITHIN THE COMMUNITIES OF DERBYSHIRE WHOA RE AT RISK OF CRIME OR BECOMING INVOLVED IN ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR TO 1) TAKE PART IN RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES 2) DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL WELLBEING 3) PROMOTE TEAM SPIRIT AND THUS 4) ENABLE THEM TO GROW BOTH AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY WHO HAVE DEVELOPED A SENSE OF CITIZENSHIP AND A HEALTHY AND DRUG-FREE LIFESTYLE AND WHO HAVE BEEN PROVIDED WITH A DIVERSION FROM CRIME
