(A) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND THE DISTRESS ARISING THEREFROM TO ADVANCE THE BUDDHIST RELIGION TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE BELIEFS AND TRADITION OF THE BUDDHIST RELIGION (B) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION FACILITIES, IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF PERSON WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE
