Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN AND APPRECIATION OF THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC IN ALL ITS ASPECTS BY THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CONCERTS AND RECITALS; AND FOR THE GENERAL PURPOSES OF SUCH CHARITABLE BODIES OR FOR SUCH PURPOSES AS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE AS THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE (BEING THE CHARITY TRUSTEES FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE CHARITY ACT 1992) MAY DECIDE FROM TIME TO TIME.
