TO RELIEVE THOSE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY RESIDENT IN WALES WHO ARE DISADVANTAGED BY REASON OF PHYSICAL OR MENTAL INFIRMITY, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION FOR SUCH PEOPLE OF: 1) AN INFORMATION SERVICE REGARDING FACILITIES AND AVAILABILITY OF HOLIDAYS INCLUDING SHORT BREAKS WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ABROAD, AND 2) A HOLIDAY PLANNING SERVICE BY ACTING AS A LIAISON BETWEEN TRANSPORT AND HOLIDAY OPERATORS
