(B)THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR PERSOND LIVING IN SOUTHWARK. (C)TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PEOPLE OF CYPRUS TURKISH DESCENT AND OF TURKISH MAINLAND DESCENT, LIVING IN SOUTHWARK IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF ENGLISH AND MOTHER TONGUE CLASSES.
