1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ON ALL MATTERS RELATING TO MARINE MAMMALS. 2) TO PROMOTE RESEARCH INTO THE DEVELOPMENT OF SCIENTIFIC AND OTHER DEVICES FOR THE PROTECTION OF MARINE MAMMALS AND TO DISSEMINATE THE RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC.
