HELPING AND EDUCATING YOUNG PERSONS WITHIN THE TOWN OF BLANDFORD FORUM IN DORSET AND THE SURROUNDING VILLAGES THROUGH THEIR LEISURE ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING BY THE PROVISION OF A CENTRE.
