(11)THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AMONG PERSONS RESIDENT OR WORKING IN THE BENEFIT AREA. (111)THE ADVANCEMENT OF SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS ARE BENEFICIAL TO THE COMMUNITY FOR PERSONS RESIDENT OR WORKING IN THE BENEFIT AREA.
