TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY PROVIDING ONCE IN EACH YEAR A MONEY GRANT TO OR FOR THE STUDENT AGED TWENTY FIVE YEARS WHO HAS ATTENEDED DURING THAT YEAR A COURSE AT THE COLLEGE IN AN INDUSTRIAL OR COMMERCIAL SUBJECT AND WHO IS, IN THE OPINION OF THE PRIZE TRUSTEES MOST WORTHY OF ASSISTANCE BY REASON OF HIS OR HER WORK OR MERIT.
