TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN BELOW THE COMPULSORY SCHOOL AGE IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER OF PRIORITY (1) CHILDREN RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF MAYFIELD AND FIVE ASHES (2) CHILDREN RESIDENT OUTSIDE THE PARISH OF MAYFIELD AND FIVE ASHES.
