THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, AWARDS OR SCHOLARSHIPS TO YOUNG MUSICIANS WHO AT THE DATE OF APPLYING FOR ASSISTANCE ARE MEMBERS OF ONE OF THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES, IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER OF PRIORITY:
(I) MEMBERS OF THE CBSO YOUTH ORCHESTRA (CBSO YO);
(II) IF AND INSOFAR AS THE TRUST FUND PERMITS, FORMER MEMBERS OF THE CBSO YO WHO CEASED TO BE MEMBERS LESS THAN TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF APPLYING FOR ASSISTANCE
