TO UNDERTAKE OR PROMOTE RESEARCH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL AND ECONOMIC EFFECTS OF VEGETARIANISM VEGANISM AND THE CONSUMPTION OF PRODUCTS OF NON ANIMAL ORIGIN. TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF RESEARCH UNDERTAKEN OR PROMOTED IN RELATION TO THE ABOVE.
