(B) TO CARRY OUT RESEARCH CONCERNING THE SYMPTOMS PREVENTION AND CONSEQUENCES OF HIV AND AIDS (THE RESULTS OF WHICH SHALL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC) AND TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN RESPECT OF THE SAME.
