TO RELIEVE YOUNG PEOPLE, WITHOUT A CRIMINAL RECORD, WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES BY THE PROVISION OF HOLIDAYS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY SAILING AND OTHER WATER ORIENTATED HOLIDAYS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE.
