A PLACE OF RECREATION OR EDUCATION UNDER THE NAME OF THE MARKBEECH CLUB FOR THE USE OF PERSONS OF ALL CLASSES REGARDLESS OF SEX OF THE AGE OF 17 YEARS AND UPWARDS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF MARKBEECH OR WITHIN A DISTANCE OF 3 MILES THEREFROM AND OTHERWISE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE SAID PARISH.
