Charitable objects
(1) TO STIMULATE AND PROMOTE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT THE ARTS AND IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN AND THEREBY RAISE STANDARDS AND QUALITY, IMPROVE PUBLIC APPRECIATION OF AND ACCESS TO THE ARTS, AND ENHANCE PUBLIC AMENITIES; (2) TO PROMOTE AND PROVIDE EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE ARTS AND THE EFFECT OF THE PRACTICE OF THE ARTS ON THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT (3) TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT HIGH STANDARDS OF DESIGN AND ARCITECTURE IN THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT AND THE PRESERVATION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE IN ALL ITS FORMS WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT
