1) FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY ONE OR MORE (AND IN SUCH SHARE OR SHARES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT) OF ANY CHARITY OR CHARITIES REGISTERED AT THE CHARITY COMMISSION AND RECOGNISED AS A CHARITY IN LAW AND WHICH ARE ACTIVE IN THE COUNTY OF CORNWALL (INCLUDING THE ISLES OF SCILLY) OR ELSEWHERE BUT WITH THE PRIMARY OBJECT OF SUPPORTING AND PROVIDING BENEFIT FOR SUCH CHARITIES DIRECTLY INVOLVED WITH AND PROVIDING BENEFITS FOR THE PEOPLE OF CORNWALL AND OTHERWISE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE WISHES OF THE FOUNDER. 2) FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECT OR OBJECTS IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT TO SUPPORT OR ESTABLISH.
