TO MAINTAIN THE LAND AND BUILDING KNOWN AS DUNSMORE VILLAGE HALL FOR THE PURPOSES OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF DUNSMORE AND ITS ENVIRONS IN THE PARISHES OF ELLESBOROUGH AND WENDOVER IN THE COUNTY OF BUCKINGHAMSHIRE WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS AND LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS
