FOR THE MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, RESTORATION, PRESERVATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE CHURCH OF ST NICHOLAS', DERSINGHAM AND TO BEAUTIFY AND RECONSTRUCT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE FABRIC OF THE SAID CHURCH, ITS MONUMENTS, FIXTURES, FITTINGS, FURNITURE, STAINED GLASS, ORNAMENTS AND OTHER CHATTELS AND ITS CHURCHYARD.
