TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND ENTERTAINMENT OF PEOPLE LIVING IN THURROCK AREA ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") WHO HAVE SUFFERED DISABLEMENT FROM STROKES IN PARTICULAR BY : IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW IS OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE. PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ADVICE FOR RELATIVES OF STROKE VICTIMS AS WELL AS THE VICTIMS THEMSELVES
