TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE PRESERVATION AND THE PROTECTION OF LIFE BY PROMOTING HIGHER STANDARDS OF DRIVING AND ROAD SAFETY AND FOR THAT PURPOSE TO ESTABLISH INSTITUTIONS WHERE TRAINING AND INSTRUCTION WILL BE GIVEN TO DRIVING INSTUCTORS AND PERSONS WISHING TO BECOME DRIVING INSTRUCTORS IN ROAD SAFETY DRIVING SKILLS PERCEPTUAL SKILLS AND RELATED SUBJECTS CAN BE FULFILLED AND TO PROMOTE RESEARCH INTO THOSE SKILLS AND RELATED SUBJECTS AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.
