TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF DOGS WHO ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE OR MAINTAIN SANCTUARIES OR OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE REDEMPTION AND CARE OF UNWANTED ANIMALS AND THE TREATMENT OF SICK OR ILL TREATED ANIMALS.
