TO FUND OR ASSIST IN THE FUNDING OF AN AWARD ONCE EVERY 3 YEARS TO ENABLE A TEACHER EMPLOYED BY DYFED COUNTY COUNCIL AND WHO IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES WOULD BE SUITABLE TO UNDERTAKE A PERIOD OF STUDY EITHER WITHIN OR OUTSIDE THE COUNTY OF DYFED WHICH WOULD BE IN SUPPORT OF THE EDUCATION SERVICE.
