TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE GAME OF BOWLS TO BE PLAYED IN THE TOWN OF LLANELLI AND THE SURROUNDING DISTRICTS BY THE BLIND AND VISUALLY HANDICAPPED PEOPLE AND TO ENCOURAGE SUCH PEOPLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GAME.
