IF FUNDS PERMIT FOR DONATIONS TOWARDS THE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF SUCH UNITS. IF FUNDS PERMIT, TO CONTRIBUTION OF ASSISTANCE AND COUNSELLING TO THE PARENTS OF SUCH CHILDREN. IF FUNDS PERMIT, TO THE PROVISION OF CARER TRAINING FOR THE CARERS OF SUCH CHILDREN.
